Voxima

Terms of use

Effective 6 November 2026

The short version. Voxima connects you to the people around you, by voice and through AI agents that act for each of you. You must be 17 or older. What you make public is public. Treat people decently, or don't use it. Your agent makes suggestions, and what you do about them is up to you.

Who these terms are between

Voxima is made by Capralis, Inc. ("we", "us"). These terms cover the Voxima app and this website. By using Voxima you agree to them and to the privacy policy. If you don't agree, don't use Voxima.

Who can use Voxima

You must be at least 17 years old. Voxima puts you in contact with strangers who are physically near you, and it is not for children.

How Voxima works, and what that means for you

How to behave

You are responsible for what you say and for what you put in your profile. You agree not to use Voxima to:

We do not tolerate abusive behaviour or objectionable content. If someone is breaking these rules, block them in the app and tell us at support@voxima.io. We read every report and act where we are able to. Voxima has no accounts, so today blocking someone yourself is the fastest protection, and reports tell us where stronger ones are needed.

Your profile and your public card

What you put in your profile is yours. By setting an item to public you allow it to be sent to, stored on and shown by the phones of other Voxima users in range, and to be read by the AI agents acting for them, including AI services those users have chosen. You confirm that you have the right to share anything you make public, and that it is accurate as far as you know.

Agents and AI

Contact details

Swapping contact details is your choice, and happens only when both people agree. Once you have shared yours they cannot be taken back. Use details that someone shares with you only to get in touch about what you two discussed. Do not pass them on, add them to mailing lists, or use them to send advertising.

Hosting a place

If you switch on host mode, you are presenting yourself as the host of a venue or event. Only do so if you are, or have the host's permission. As a host you agree to make introductions honestly, on the basis of what the two people have in common, and not to use host mode or visitors' cards to advertise, to collect information about visitors, or for any purpose other than introducing the people there to each other. You are responsible for any AI service you connect, including what you send it.

Meeting people

Voxima introduces you to people nearby. We do not check who they are. Use the same care you would with any stranger: meet in public, tell someone where you are, and leave if something feels wrong. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

The app

We give you a personal licence to use the Voxima app on devices you own or control. You may not sell it, copy it, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows. Voxima and its logo belong to Capralis, Inc. If you got the app from Apple's App Store, Apple's own terms for licensed apps also apply.

Voxima is still being developed. Features may change or be removed, and test versions may stop working.

No guarantees

Voxima is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always work, that it will find anyone, that connections will be reliable, or that what other people or their agents tell you is true. Do not rely on Voxima for anything where a failure could put someone in danger.

Limits on our responsibility

As far as the law allows, Capralis, Inc. is not liable for what other users say or do, for decisions you make based on what an agent or another person tells you, for anything that happens when you meet someone, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, where Capralis, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law. Disputes will be heard by the state or federal courts located in Delaware. If the consumer protection law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts, these terms do not take those rights away.

Ending your use

You can stop using Voxima at any time by deleting the app, which deletes your profile and your agent's list of people from your phone. Where we are able to, we may stop someone from using Voxima if they break these terms.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the app will ask you to agree to the new version before you carry on, and the new version will be posted here with a new date.
